Professional Innovation Facility Rental
Our campus provides access to multiple classrooms, meeting and collaboration spaces designed to host conferences, training programs, retreats, and networking events including:
- 4,500 SF Multi-Purpose Room with seating up to 200
- Pre-Function Space (Lobby) with space for up to 50
- Three classrooms with seating for 30 (two classrooms can be combined to fit 70)
- Water Cooler with space for up to 40
- Large conference room for 8-16
- Outdoor space (The Basin and Patio) with space for 100+
- Phone Room for privacy
- State-of-the-art AV
- Catering Prep Room
- Wellness/Mother's room with fridge
- Locker room with shower
- Complimentary parking
- Water bottle filling stations (please note single use plastic water bottles are prohibited on campus)

Please note the following 2025 dates coincide with TWT core programs or holidays, and our facilities will not be available for rent:

- February 1, 6, 7, 8, 17
- March 6
- April 23, 24, 25
- May 15, 16, 17, 26
- June 19
- July 4, 22, 23, 24
- August 12, 13, 14, 15
- September 25, 26, 27
- October 22, 23, 24
- November 11, 14, 15, 16, 22-30
- December 22-31
